An engineer graduated from the University of São Paulo with an MBA from IBMEC, Mr. Cirne began his career at Editora Abril as a trainee. He worked as a consultant at Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture) from October 1994 to August 1997, during which time he gained experience in the technology field through various projects in the financial, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors, as well as internal research for the firm in Palo Alto. After founding LWSA in 1998, he served as Director of New Business and Technology. In 2007, he assumed the position of CEO of the Company and, in 2012, joined the Company’s Board of Directors. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. He began his career at Dedalus Sistemas (the largest Sun Microsystems partner) as an intern, advancing to Support Manager. He continued his career at the Telefônica/Vivo group, managing B2B Data Center operations and corporate project development. In his most recent role, he served as Superintendent of IT Operations at Dasa, being responsible for a large systemic stabilization project, technological renewal, and continuous improvement, supporting strong demand and NPS growth. In February 2020, he was elected Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of LWSA, with re-election in December 2023. Mr. Higor de Araújo Franco holds a degree from Anhembi Morumbi University and an MBA in IT Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, with additional specializations from IESE/ISE and MIT. He worked on the portfolio and strategy development for UOLDIVEO (a technology company of the UOL Group) as General Manager of Solutions Architecture, Products, and Marketing from 2008 to 2015, leading the Products, IT Architecture, and Marketing areas. With over 20 years of career experience, Mr. Otávio Dantas has extensive expertise in business, especially at the intersection of People, Technology, and Operations. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Michigan, and a specialization in Business Administration and Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Before joining LWSA, he built his career in management consulting, spending the last five years as Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he led the DigitalBCG unit, the Technology Advantage practice, and more recently, the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) practices. Throughout his career, he primarily worked with customer-focused companies (B2C and B2B2C) across various sectors, including Telecom, Financial Services, Technology, and Consumer Goods.
